The CI-CCI Library Directors and their librarians/staff participated in a planning session on June 2, 2014, at Central College in Pella, Iowa.  The agenda consisted of: selection and acquisitions workflow for monographs, collection budget structure, discovery services (including ILS), and policies/procedures for Interlibrary lending and borrowing.  This session will inform the next steps the collaborative takes in relationship to coordinated collection development and discovery.
